Electronic Circuit by using Digital Multimeter , to Find Luminosity of Star?i.e. (Sky)-(sky + star)?
I want Ele. Circuit to build Luminosity Calculater by using DMM, double Amplifier , Photodiode , So as to use insted eyepiece.
You need to consider more than sky noise. There will be a dark voltage in the machine that will put a baseline on the chart recorder output. You ought to have a nearby comparison star with about the same spectrum that's known to be non-variable. You'll have to use U,B,V,I filters to estimate the color temperature, the peak of the radiation curve, to estimate how much of the star's radiation falls outside your instruments' detection band. And, of course, you'll need to correct for absorption by Earth's atmosphere.
